Payment Processing

For peace of mind all payments taken in-app are processed securely using Paypal. We only store data that is necessary to maintain your account, we do not sell/share customer data and all payment information is encrypted at point of sale. We do not store paypal payment information but your credit / debit card information is stored by our payment processor Square to process your annual renewal payment.

Once we receive a payment confirmation we will generate and send your registration details via email within 4 hours.
Once you have received your registration details these can then be copy & pasted into the trial version to remove all trial limitations.

Automatic Payment Renewals

Small Garage SG1 plans are billed on a annual rolling contract basis with an option to store your prefered payment details for automatic payment renewals.
You can cancel your plan anytime but you are required to provide 1 calendar month notice before plan is due to end.

We have been developing software and providing support services to the independent motor trade for over 18 years.
If your experiencing difficulties contact our support desk who will provide the assistance you need. We provide support by email, phone and if the situation requires it we can perform a remote support session over the internet (Internet connection required).

Optional Credit Costs (In-app purchase)

Small Garage SG-1 provides a number of optional pay as you go services such as vehicle registration mark lookups and SMS text messaging. These services are purchased as bundles from within Small Garage SG-1.
